Our Community Commitment

Hutcheson Medical Center has been an integral part of the Northwest Georgia community. As one of Northwest Georgia's largest employers, Hutcheson Medical Center plays a vital economic role in the community, providing over 1300 jobs and an outstanding quality of life for its employees. More than 200 of the areas finest physicians with priviledges at Hutcheson Medical Center, along with 400 experienced registered nurses and highly trained clincial staff, providing compassionate, cost-effective healthcare to the community.

Hutcheson Medical Center is also involved in various aspects of the community, some of which include the Catoosa, Dade and Walker County Chambers of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, Catoosa Foundation for the Performing Arts, Blood Assurance North Georgia Advisory Board, Catoosa Citizens for Literacy, Partnership 2000, and Communities In Schools. Hutcheson Medical Center has also been recognzied several times as one of the top community hosptitals in Georgia.
